You’ll be the one uncovering growth opportunities for existing products and spotting high-potential niches for new product launches within the Headway Inc ecosystem.

• Communicate ideas clearly and back them up with solid logic.

What will you do:

• Analyze trends across the Headway Inc ecosystem and turn them into actionable reports for the internal stakeholders.

• Support existing products by identifying market-validated growth opportunities: new untapped audiences and user pain points, competitors' approaches to user acquisition, monetization, retention strategies, and content/feature offerings.

• Explore and validate new product niches as part of our R&D initiatives, challenge existing product ideas, and support founders with pitch deck materials.

• Work with financial models and run analytical calculations.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional product teams — providing insights that drive strategic decisions and resource efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investments (IB / VC / PE), or Market Research.

• Is skilled in market & business research and knows how to dig deep.

• Has strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

• Can design eye-catching, digestible reports and presentations.

• Communicates precisely and manages work with attention to detail.

• Speaks and writes in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level.

• Shares our team values — SELECT.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with market intelligence tools (SensorTower, SimilarWeb, AppMagic, Data.ai).

• Understand product and performance marketing metrics and how they connect.

• Studied or graduated from top economics higher education programs (KSE, Taras Shevchenko University, NaUKMA, UCU).
