What product will you work with:
AddMile is a coaching platform for personal and professional development that helps people improve various areas of their lives: getting out of crises, coping with burnout, self-sabotage, increasing productivity, setting goals, and making an action plan. The web and iOS version of the product is available to users from over 130 countries.

Therefore, together with the CEO of the new product Olga Shapovalova, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join the team and take responsibility for communicating with users of our platform.

2. Not only respond to customer requests but also solve product problems together with the team. An analytical mindset and a creative approach will come in handy.
What will you do?
— Communicate with our users in chat and via email;
— Maintain a database of requests and ideas from users;
— Communicate with the analytics team and technical specialists to quickly understand problems and identify bugs.
What do you need to join us?
— At least 6 months of experience as a Support Specialist in an IT company;
— Experience working with Intercom or other helpdesk systems;
— Advanced level of written English and above;
— Intermediate level of written Spanish and above;
— Willingness to work in a team and be proactive;
— Ability to work night shifts.
Sociological or psychological education would be a plus.
