What will you do:
- Support newcomers: help them adapt quickly, coordinate onboarding, host welcome sessions, and guide them through their probation period.
- Drive engagement and culture: foster a sense of belonging, organize surveys, run 1:1s, and support people in day-to-day questions.
- Enable development and growth: coordinate performance reviews, assist in building and implementing PDPs, and support professional learning.
- Act as an HR partner: advise on HR processes, help team leads manage effectively, and support motivation and performance.
- Analyze and improve processes: track HR data, spot trends, and suggest solutions to boost collaboration and team dynamics.
- Lead offboarding: guide people through a smooth exit experience with care, including exit interviews and thoughtful closure.
What do you need to join us:
- Have 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on team development and engagement.
- Are confident managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, engagement, and performance.
- Know how to support and guide managers through HR-related topics.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and know how to adapt.
- Have at least Intermediate+ English skills.
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
