Sales Development Representative

The B2B team combines expertise in building and selling B2B products and developing strategic partnerships. We create, test, and scale new business opportunities, opening doors to collaboration with leading companies in fintech, ride-sharing, travel & hospitality, and many other industries.

What will you do:
Building and optimizing the outreach system
- Develop and implement a structured outreach process (email, LinkedIn, Messenger)
- Automate outbound processes using CRM, AI tools, and email sequences
- Test and implement new communication strategies to improve conversion rates
Establishing analytics and reporting systems
- Define key performance metrics (Reply Rate, SQL/MQL, call/deal conversions)
- Conduct regular performance analysis
- Run A/B tests on various formats and messages
Creating a communication strategy
- Develop scripts and templates for outbound communication
- Personalize messages for different audience segments
Lead generation and audience segmentation
- Define and describe ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and priority segments
- Source potential leads via LinkedIn, databases, events, etc.
- Validate contacts and build a high-quality database for future outreach
- Continuously update and enrich the lead database
What do you need to join us:
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or other relevant B2B sales roles
- Proven track record with multichannel outbound (Email, LinkedIn, and others)
- Hands-on experience with setting up CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Experience working with sales automation platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Reply.io, Clay, and others)
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
