What will you do:

— Work closely with hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate profile and, as a team, achieve the goal of hiring a great teammate.

— Take ownership of all stages of the recruiting process — from opening the position, kick-off meetings, and creating sourcing strategies, to making the final hiring decision together with the hiring team.

— Besides working on vacancies and candidate sourcing, participate in various projects, such as improving the team’s recommendation system.

— Continuously develop your hard and soft skills and help our managers improve their candidate interaction skills by organizing hiring intensives, hackathons, and other training events.

— Use and advance data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency.

— Actively participate in additional initiatives — job fairs, events, communications, or other hiring-related activities.

— Serve as a company ambassador and first point of contact, building long-term relationships with candidates.

What do you need to join us:

— 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting.

— Experience closing both technical and non-technical positions at various levels.

— Proven experience working closely with Hiring Managers Experience with analytics and a good understanding of recruitment metrics.

— Proficiency in using diverse approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates, including various sourcing tools.

— Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.

— A willingness to take on new challenges and handle complex tasks.
— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
