What will you do:

• Create marketing creatives for Headway, Nibble, and Skillsta products.
• Analyze the performance of creatives and develop new hypotheses based on the results.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with creative marketing teams.
• Stay up to date with marketing design trends and conduct competitor research.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Confidence in working with typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for finding quick, effective solutions.
• You confidently leverage AI tools for content generation and workflow optimization.
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
