What team will you be a part of?
The Legal Squad is a lean, high-impact team that supports all business units at Headway Inc. in navigating legal challenges and enabling growth. We collaborate closely with the finance, product, marketing, support, and other teams to ensure compliance across Tier-1 countries.

What will you do:

• Facilitate investments and fundraising, including structuring deals, performing due diligence, and negotiating terms.
  
• Drafting and revising transaction documents.
  
• Assisting with corporate governance and administration of the company’s group structure.
  
• Working with ongoing shareholders matters.
  
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company, including KYC and AML compliance.
• Get involved in other areas of the legal department’s work that interest you.

What do you need to join us:

• 3+ years in corporate law, preferably in Big4, a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department of IT company.
• Direct involvement in M&A transactions, investment deals, or corporate restructuring.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law and governance in the US, Cyprus and the UK.
• Experience in due diligence and drafting investment agreements.
• Fluent English (including legal drafting).
• A keen eye for detail and outstanding analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials in law from top law school/university.
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
