What product will you be working on?
Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What will you do:
Own and scale the Product Marketing function.
Implement initiatives to drive user growth and improve monetization by effectively communicating product value.
Prioritize hypotheses and manage the product backlog, launching experiments to improve key metrics.
Conduct competitor research, analyze the market, and identify new growth opportunities.
Set ambitious goals, create product roadmaps, and align efforts across teams and stakeholders to drive effective outcomes.
Build and optimize workflows to ensure the team moves forward with clarity and focus.
Collaborate closely with the Engagement, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
What do you need to join us:
Strong understanding of A/B testing, data analysis methods, product metrics, and tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.
Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Ability to independently plan workloads and manage the product backlog.
Experience in conducting thorough market research.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
Would be a big plus:
Experience conducting user interviews.

Working schedule
