What will you do:
- Develop and launch internal and external Employer branding campaigns.
- Support employer brand presence at events: conferences, career fairs, university programs, internships.
- Collaborate with media and info partners.
- Produce media materials (articles, interviews, post).
- Develop and launch СSR activities.
What do you need to join us:
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, PR, employer branding.
- Experienced in creating content and running brand or employer campaigns — from strategy to execution.
- Business mindset — understanding the impact of communications on recruitment, brand perception, and business outcomes; ability to evaluate initiatives based on value and effectiveness.
- High ownership and proactiveness — initiative-driven, with a strong focus on results.
- Strong skills in creating content and launching campaigns for both internal and external audiences (social media, landing pages, etc).
- Excellent writing skills across different formats — from expert columns to social media posts.
- Strong communication skills to build and manage relationships with media, partners.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute brand and EVP campaigns
- Experience in organizing events of various formats (e.g. conferences, internships, partner activations).
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
