Payments Team works on improving and optimizing digital payments to provide Headway Inc users with more convenient and transparent payment flows.

What will you do:

• Daily monitoring of payment metrics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and stability of processing

• Analyzing payment trends and identifying opportunities for improving approval ratios and optimizing costs

• Collaborating with payment providers, PSPs, and banks

• Expanding the payment infrastructure, researching, and integrating new payment methods

• Cooperating with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment issues and optimize the checkout experience for customers

• Preparing the payment infrastructure for new geos

• Implementing industry regulations and best practices for online payments.

What do you need to join us:

— Have experience in payments or related fields (billing support, financial analytics, monetization)

Working schedule
