What will you do:
- Support our Employee Lifecycle (ELC): from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every step is smooth and engaging.
- Help develop and improve HR processes: build efficient workflows, suggest improvements, and keep things running smoothly.
- Work on projects that shape our culture: engagement initiatives, feedback tools, and activities that make Headway Inc a great place to work.
- Partner with managers and employees to resolve day-to-day HR tasks and provide thoughtful support.
What do you need to join us:
We’re open to different backgrounds, so you could be:
- An early-career HR or TA specialist with 0.5–2 years of experience.
- An Administrator with 1–2 years of experience who worked closely with people and processes.
- A switcher with strong experience in communication, building processes, conflict resolution, or people-focused roles.
And also:
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- English at least Upper-Intermediate.
- Curiosity and a business-oriented mindset: you like connecting people processes with company goals.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking: you see patterns, measure impact, and suggest improvements.
- Drive to learn, grow, and take on challenges.
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
