Together with Tetiana Marynych, Head of Analytics at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Middle/Senior Product Analyst to turn user behavior and insights into product decisions that make learning more personalized, engaging, and effective.
What product will you be working on?
Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

What will you do?
Run A/B tests end-to-end: from forming hypotheses and setting up experiments to analyzing results and suggesting next steps.
Find growth opportunities through data and turn them into practical product improvements.
Analyze user behavior to understand how people interact with content and features.
Work closely with Product, Content, and Engineering teams to generate and prioritize ideas.
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Share knowledge within the team and contribute to a strong data-driven culture.
Improve processes by suggesting and implementing automation and optimization solutions.
What do you need to join us?
1+ years of experience as a Product, Data, or Marketing Analyst.
Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics.
Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL).
Experience with A/B testing or a strong grasp of its core principles.
Understanding of product metrics and how they’re connected.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to express ideas clearly and get to the point.
Proactive mindset and strong presentation skills.
Would be a plus:
Amplitude, Python, R
