The Payments Team focuses on improving and optimizing digital payments to provide our users with convenient and transparent payment experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor payment metrics daily to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and stability of processing

• Analyze payment trends to identify opportunities for improving approval ratios and optimizing costs

• Collaborate with payment providers, PSPs, and banks

• Expand payment infrastructure by researching and integrating new payment methods

• Partner with internal teams (Support, Finance, Legal, etc.) to troubleshoot issues and optimize the checkout experience

• Prepare payment infrastructure for new geographies

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

What you need to join us:

• At least 6 months of experience in payments and understanding of payment processing

• Analytical mindset and understanding of product and payment metrics

• Knowledge of A/B testing

• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new challenges
