What you will do:

• Own the employer-brand social strategy for Headway Inc’s TikTok — define goals, content mix, and measurement.
• Create from-scratch content — write copy, shoot and edit vertical videos, design visuals, and craft engaging hooks.
• Plan and launch “inside-out” campaigns across channels (employees → communities → public) together with the Communications Team.
• Curate employer-brand initiatives (events, campaigns, partnerships, hiring drives) — decide what to share, where, and how to adapt it per platform.
• Collaborate with creators and partners — source, brief, co-create, and track results.
• Support the Internal Brand Ambassador program — activate employees, equip them with toolkits, and amplify authentic stories.

What you need to join us:

• Proven experience runningTikTok, Instagram, Threads/X, or Telegram (at least one) end-to-end — from concept to publish.
• Skilled in mobile filming, vertical video editing, subtitles, and crafting strong 3-second hooks.
• Excellent short-form copywriting — with clear CTAs, platform-native tone, and on-brand voice.
• Strong communication skills to manage creators, collabs, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Sharp understanding of social trends, algorithms, and formats, and how to adapt them safely for brand and audience.
• Ability to prioritize channels and build a focused content mix (not “copy-paste across all”).
• Familiarity with SMM measurement frameworks and KPIs.
• Fluent Ukrainian and good command of English (B2+).
• Alignment with our team values (SELECT).
