Goodly is a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We’re building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

— You’d like to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, diving deeper into several marketing fields: User Acquisition, Email marketing, SMM, Creative & content marketing.

— You are eager to get a complete, end-to-end view of digital marketing, the freedom to test ideas, learn fast, and discover which direction excites you the most.

— You are fond of being a part ot a great team. You won’t be figuring it all out alone — you’ll work side-by-side with an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will mentor you, provide clear guidance, and give regular, constructive feedback to help you progress rapidly.

What will you do:

— Help launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads

— Dive into the results, spot patterns, and learn to make solid, data-driven decisions

— Join brainstorming sessions, create ad visuals and copy, and test ideas in live campaigns

— Support email marketing and social media — from research and content creation to performance analysis

— Work closely with the marketing and product teams at Goodly, collaborating daily on strategy and execution

What do you need to join us:

— Some hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads

— Bonus points if you’ve already played around with social media management or email campaigns

— Genuine excitement about digital marketing and ready to learn by doing real work

— You are currently a 3rd or 4th-year student, or hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

— Have solid English skills (B2+ or higher)

— Ability to think logically, pay attention to details, and enjoy testing hypotheses

— Ability to communicate clearly and feel comfortable asking questions when needed

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
