The Marketing Designer will create effective design in the CRM/Email Marketing area. The team creates cross-channel communications from scratch, tests hypotheses, attract new users and influences сurrent user engagement.

What will you do:

• Create email templates in an email builder or in HTML

• Research for new opportunities for business through CRM design

• Develop visuals and creative ideas for emails and in-app messages

• Analyse competitors, trends and best practices

• Brainstorm ideas with the team and conduct A/B testing

• Actively interact with CRM managers

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design or web design

• Be proficient in Figma and confidently work with text composition and layout

• Willing and able to learn quickly and propose innovative ideas

• Communication is your strong point

• Share the values of the team (SELECT)

Experience with HTML will be an advantage

Working schedule
