What product will you be working on?

B2B is a business unit within Headway Inc, focused on building a next‑generation corporate learning solution for enterprise teams. Our ambition is to define a new product category — one with only a handful of indirect competitors on the horizon.

The team brings deep expertise in building and selling corporate learning products at Headway Inc. We’ve previously created, tested, and scaled new business opportunities within the company — and now we’re applying that expertise to tackle a much bigger challenge.

You’ll be joining a cross‑functional team of experienced engineers, product managers, designers, and sales professionals — all aligned around one goal: move fast toward product‑market fit.

What will you do:

— Develop, support, and scale user acquisition funnels.

— Build and launch A/B tests, integrate analytics and tracking systems.

— Implement automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

— Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ideate, validate, and ship new experiments and features.

— Develop selected components of our web platform.

— You can also contribute to our Electron.js desktop application if interested.

What do you need to join us:

— 3+ years of frontend development experience.

— Strong knowledge of JavaScript and core web concepts.

— Experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte) and meta-frameworks (Next.js / Nuxt.js).

— Understanding of software architecture and state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).

— Solid skills in HTML, CSS, responsive, and adaptive UI development.

— Experience working with marketing funnels, landing pages, and A/B testing.

— Hands-on experience with TypeScript would be a plus.

— Familiarity with UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap) would be a plus.

— Experience with Playwright / Cypress for end-to-end testing would be a plus.
