The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Kateryna, HR Business Partner at Headway Inc, we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our team of superstars. We’re inviting a People Ops teammate who will stay close to the Impulse team and support their growth journey. In this role, you’ll help strengthen our HR processes, enhance talent development, and maintain a healthy, people-centered environment that empowers every team member to thrive.

What you will do:
Onboarding & adaptation: conduct welcome meetings, guide newcomers through the first weeks, support the probation period.
Engagement & culture: build a healthy team environment, run 1:1s, stay in touch with teammates daily.
Development & growth: coordinate performance reviews, support PDP creation, help teammates grow.
HR partnership: advise on people-related questions, help leaders work effectively with teams.
Off-boarding: run exit interviews, provide support, and ensure a respectful and smooth completion of cooperation.
What do you need to join us:
3+ years HR experience (IT product preferred, other backgrounds welcome).
Strong understanding of full Employee Lifecycle and HR role as a trusted advisor.
Experience supporting managers and working with HRM systems.
Ability to act as an ambassador of company culture.
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Structured and analytical thinking.
Readiness to take responsibility and ownership.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to find practical, simple solutions.
Result orientation and attention to details.

Nice to have:
Facilitation skills.
Coaching basics.
Strong Notion user (comfortable building structure, templates, workflows).

Working schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid option. It means that we will prefer you to attend office 3-4 times per week.
