Growth Product Designer (Skillsta)
We’re looking for a Growth Product Designer to join the Growth team — helping communicate the app’s value to users and uncover new opportunities for product growth.

What product will you be working on?
Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What will you do:
Design and iterate on web funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, and upsells — everything that drives conversion.
Constantly look for growth opportunities: analyze competitor funnels, audit current user experience, and find where the product can grow faster.
Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, read results, decide what’s next.
Work closely with PMs, marketers, and developers to ship experiments fast.
Maintain and extend design system components for growth surfaces.
What do you need to join us:
2+ years in Product or Growth Design.
Strong UI skills and solid grasp of mobile and web patterns.
Experience with A/B testing — not just designing variants, but understanding results.
Clear communication: you can explain why a solution will work, not just what it looks like.
English Upper-Intermediate.
Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
Would be a big plus:
Understanding of PMM and growth marketing fundamentals.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Experience with UX writing or working alongside copywriters.

Working schedule
