What product and team will you be working on?

AddMile is a personal and professional development platform that helps improve various spheres of life through coaching. AddMile is accessible to users in more than 130 countries.

What do you need to join us:

— 1+ years of experience in marketing, media buying, and user acquisition;

— You have experience working with Meta Ads;

— Understand digital marketing tools and metrics;

— You have strong analytical skills and make data-based decisions;

— Upper Intermediate English

— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

What will you do:

— Create and scale advertising campaigns on our top platform Meta;

— Implement a diversification strategy by testing and launching new traffic sources (TikTok, Google, and others);

— Build strong hypotheses about user behavior and test them using performance marketing tools;

— Interact with the creative production team: suggest ideas for creatives and provide feedback on the effectiveness of advertising materials.

Working schedule
