What product and team will you be working on?
Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.
You'll be part of Headway Inc's broader marketing community – 100+ people across all products – where you'll always find someone to think through a challenge with, learn from, or be inspired by.

What you'll actually do:
Launch and scale campaigns on our core platform, Meta and own the numbers behind them.
Help build the UA direction for a new part of the product.
Diversify beyond Meta: find channels worth testing – TikTok, Google, whatever earns its place – and make the case for them to the team.
Turn questions about user behavior into tested hypotheses with performance and CRO tools, hand in hand with the Product Marketing Team.
Keep your finger on the EdTech market – the trends, the shifts, and what they mean for us.
Work with creative production: pitch new ad ideas and give them honest, specific feedback on how the creatives perform.
You’ll be a great fit if:
User acquisition is something you've run end to end – and want to do more of.
Meta Ads is hands-on territory for you.
Digital marketing metrics and unit economics read without translation.
"Why?" is your default question, and you dig until something makes sense from the ground up.
English holds up in a room (Upper-Intermediate+).

Working schedule
