What will you do:
Own the product development lifecycle — drive the development and continuous improvement of the product, ensuring it solves real user problems and aligns with the long-term product vision.
Shape and execute product strategy — define product priorities, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that strengthen the product’s competitive advantage.
Use data and market insights to guide decisions — analyze product and marketing performance, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
Own the user experience — deeply understand user needs through interviews, research, and product analytics, and translate these insights into meaningful product improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams — collaborate with engineering, design, marketing to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
Set clear goals and measure impact — define success metrics, track product performance, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable outcomes.
What do you need to join us:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Lead with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and running experiments;
Experienced in leveraging AI tools for work purposes, such as building prototypes;
Analytical thinking: comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and large data sets;
Ability to set up team processes (workflow setup, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation);
English level B2 or higher;
Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
