Together with Hanna Panasiuk, Head of Brand at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Freelance Brand Community Manager to help strengthen and scale our brand presence across social ecosystems.

What will you do:

• Monitor mentions of Headway and Nibble on Reddit.

• Proactively engage in discussions on Reddit and Threads.

• Explain product concepts through microlearning-style content.

• Craft expert responses that help shape and correct the narrative.

• Handle negative comments and critical brand mentions in public discussions.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant cross-functional teams when needed.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in Community Management, SMM, Brand, or Growth.

• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Threads, or other UGC-based platforms.

• Deep understanding of how Reddit and Threads work.

• Basic understanding of LLM output principles and SEO impact.

• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

• Experience in Customer Support or working with negative feedback will be a strong plus.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy will be a plus.

• High empathy, proactivity and ability to de-escalate conflict situations.
