The team you will be working with:
You’ll work with the HR team in close partnership with People Operations — a team focused on enabling business goals through manager development, stronger cross-team collaboration, and building a mature people management system. We support stable performance, high engagement, and a strong employee experience.
As a Head of HR, you will:
Directly influence business performance by shaping how teams are structured, how goals are set, and how people are managed.
Turn business challenges into clear people decisions — helping leaders move faster, with less ambiguity and stronger accountability.
Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists, supporting them in complex people cases and growing their functional maturity.

Partnering with the HR team and the broader People Operations function, you will build a people system where strong teams consistently deliver business results.

What will you do:
Own the quality and consistency of HR decisions across the company, ensuring they are fair, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Build and scale HR as a system — from performance management and PDP to career development, lifecycle standards, and decision-making frameworks.
Align managers across teams and tribes, creating shared expectations around performance, feedback, and people decisions.
Turn people data into actions, using engagement, retention, and performance signals to identify risks and drive improvements.
Develop the HR function and team, building strong HR Specialists, clear competency frameworks, and increasing overall functional maturity.
Partner with People Operations leaders (TA, People Infrastructure, Head of People) to ensure aligned, non-conflicting people decisions at scale.
What do you need to join us:
4+ years in a Lead / Head of HR role in fast-growing product or tech companies, with ownership of business-critical people decisions.
Proven experience driving business outcomes through HR — impacting performance, retention, and team effectiveness, not just processes.
Strong experience building and scaling HR systems (performance, career development, lifecycle, governance), not only operating them.
Experience working with multiple teams or org units (100+ people) and aligning different leaders into a consistent approach.
Strong business acumen and leadership skills — able to challenge leaders, navigate ambiguity, and make tough decisions that impact delivery.
English — Upper Intermediate+.

Working schedule:
This is a full-time position based in Kyiv with a hybrid setup. We stay flexible, but for this role our focus is on working from the office most of the time — it helps to stay close to context, and most of the team are based in Kyiv.
