That’s why, together with Oleksandr Kushchynskyi, our Hiring Manager, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry.

Infrastructure Squad ensures smooth operations and scalable growth of the business. The team designs and implements solutions that improve the daily experience of everyone at Headway Inc.

What will you do:
— Lead and execute high-impact infrastructure initiatives (Networking, SaaS administration, Corporate Security)
— Design and implement AI-driven automations to streamline IT operations
— Own and evolve corporate infrastructure architecture (IAM, MDM, networking)
— Mentor and scale the team through hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing
— Establish and maintain high-quality ITSM processes and a structured knowledge base
— Ensure business continuity and lead incident response during critical outages
— Align infrastructure roadmap with business goals and manage vendor relationships
What do you need to join us:
— 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration
— Proven experience leading a team (TL/EM) with ownership of both people and technical outcomes
— Strong hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, IAM systems (e.g., Okta), MDM (e.g., Jamf), and networking
— Practical experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve operations
— Strong ownership mindset and discipline in setting high engineering standards
— Ability to design scalable processes, systems, and documentation
— Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT)
