Marketing Graphic Designer

The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That’s why, together with Vlada Dzhobolda - Marketing Design Team Lead, we’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our new team transforming the EdTech industry.
What will you do:
Maintain, improve, and evolve the existing visual style of blogs on websites;
Design visual content for the blogs of two products — Headway and Nibble (with potential to expand to more brands);
Coordinate the work of 2 freelance designers: distribute tasks, manage capacity, review output, and provide feedback;
Collaborate cross-functionally with a content manager, content writers, SEO specialist, and developers;
Develop and implement solutions to speed up and optimize visual content production workflows;
Work with basic analytics to measure the impact of design decisions on performance metrics;
Gradually get involved in CRO thinking — learn the approach, develop an eye for conversion-focused design, and eventually contribute ideas.
What do you need to join us:
Understanding of brand identity and the ability to apply and adapt it across different placements (blog format).
Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and core design principles
Advanced Figma proficiency
Experience working with AI tools for image generation and workflow optimization (GPTs, Claude Artifacts, Gems, etc.)
Experience coordinating freelancers or contractors
Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback, managing a high volume of tasks, and prioritizing effectively
Strong communication skills — able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and back up design decisions with data
Proactive and business-oriented mindset: independently identifies ways to strengthen design impact and understands how design decisions affect metrics
Would be a plus:
Experience in art direction;
Basic knowledge of SEO and experience working with CMS platforms;
Genuine interest in widening knowledge in conversion design and analytics.
