The Legal Squad is a lean, high-impact team that supports all business units at Headway Inc. in navigating legal challenges and enabling growth. We collaborate closely with the finance, product, marketing, support, and other teams to ensure compliance across Tier-1 countries.

What will you do:

IP Protection and Enforcement

• Filing trademark and copyright applications in the US, EU, UK, and other jurisdictions.

• Advising internal teams on IP matters during content and product creation.

• Enforcing company rights: drafting and filing complaints to competitors, app stores, social networks, and hosting providers.

• Preparing legal positions and managing local counsel in IP disputes.

Contract Review and Drafting

• Reviewing and drafting NDAs, license agreements, copyright transfer agreements, and other commercial contracts.

• Preparing internal policies and presentations on various legal aspects.

• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company.

• Ensuring proper document execution and administration.

Legal Research and Analysis

• Conducting legal research and analyzing legislation relevant to the company's activities.

• Monitoring regulatory changes and preparing updates for the team.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ year in a relevant legal role.

• Master's degree student or graduate.

• IP protection and enforcement skills.

• Contract review and drafting skills.

• Legal research and analysis skills.

• English: Upper Intermediate or higher.

• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take ownership of tasks.

• Organized and structured: able to manage multiple workstreams without losing details.

• Familiarity with AI tools or experience automating routine legal workflows is a plus.

• Compliance experience is a plus.
