That's why, together with Daryna Protsyshyn, Head of Growth Marketing, and Ilya Lukach, General Manager of R&D, we're looking for a results-driven Google User Acquisition Manager to lead Google Ads as the main growth channel for our R&D venture.

The product and team you'll be working with

You'll be joining Headway Inc's newest R&D bet — a utility products line built to help people grow. We operate on a venture studio model: we test new hypotheses weekly, ship MVPs, scale what works, and kill what doesn’t. We've already tested 15+ niches and are currently scaling our first PMF product, with another product close behind it.

Google Ads is the channel we’re betting on. Together with the team, you will own paid acquisition strategy and execution, own the unit economics behind your numbers, and contribute to the product decisions from a paid marketing perspective.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale Google Search campaigns from the ground up.

• Own paid marketing — from campaign setup through performance tracking and further iterations.

• Drive down CPA through campaign structure, localized landing pages across GEOs, keyword strategy, etc.

• Fold Google Ads AI tools and other automations into your daily workflow.

• Enable our growth with new formats and channels within Google Ads, including Demand Gen and PMax.

• Leverage the power of AI in your daily work.

What you need to join us

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.

• A track record of managing Google Search campaigns on large budgets ($100k+ monthly spend).

• Experience launching campaigns and products from 0 to 1, then scaling them.

• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads inventory.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads AI tools.

• English at B2+ level, with confident, clear communication.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Demand Gen and PMax; Google Ads certifications.
