You’ll love this role if you want to:

• Tell the story of Headway Inc through design. We constantly create newsworthy moments to spread the word about Headway Inc — and we’re also building strong internal communications. Want to support both with your visual magic?
• Join a strong design community. Headway Inc already has 25 talented designers across different fields. You’ll be able to share experiences, co-create, and inspire each other.
• Shape how our brand is seen across global and local markets and strengthen our visual identity worldwide.

What will you do:

• Designing media and SMM materials for both global and local markets;
• Creating presentations;
• Developing branded merchandise;
• Designing materials for internal company events;
• Designing exhibition stands;
• Actively participating in team discussions and brainstorms.
• Stay on top of graphic design, communications, and marketing trends — and bring them to life.
• Collaborate closely with Communications, B2B, Partnership and People Experience teams.

What do you need to join us:

• Have 2+ years of commercial experience as a graphic designer and an up-to-date portfolio.
• Have a strong sense for color combinations and visual balance.
• Work confidently with typography and layout.
• Have experience with data visualization and infographics.
• Know your shortcuts in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
• Want to grow in Brand Design and explore Motion Design.
• Are detail-oriented and love pixel-perfect work.
• Are eager and quick to learn new things.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
