What product will you be working on?
Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

You'll get access to a large data and analytics base, allowing you to test hypotheses, quickly gather insights, and adjust strategies on the go.
We combine freedom and responsibility — you’ll have ownership to implement the projects you believe will be most impactful.
What will you do:
— Create and scale advertising campaigns to promote the app on our top platform, Meta
— Execute a diversification strategy by testing and launching new traffic sources (TikTok, Google, and others)
— Develop strong hypotheses about user behavior and test them using performance marketing and CRO tools
— Analyze the EdTech market
— Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest ideas for creatives and provide feedback on the performance of ad materials
What do you need to join us:
— Have 1+ year of experience in marketing, media buying, user acquisition, or in FMCG/BIG4
— Have experience working with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
— Understand digital marketing tools and metrics
— Possess strong analytical skills and make data-driven decisions
— Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
