What product will you be working on?
Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you’ll do:
- Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta.
- Drive diversification strategy by testing and launching new traffic sources (e.g., TikTok, Google, and others).
- Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the EdTech market.
- Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest ideas for new ad creatives and provide feedback based on their performance.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have ~1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you're just starting out and eager to grow fast.
- Know your way around numbers and can use them to make smart decisions.
- Understand the basics of marketing and how paid traffic works.
- Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.
- Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Share our SELECT values and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, driven team.

Working schedule
