Our cross-functional team is engaged in the development of a new initiative within the Headway Inc ecosystem. We aim to establish an initial foundation with potential for future expansion. We are involved throughout all key stages — from early strategic planning to implementation — contributing to the formation of processes, internal practices, and technical approaches that may inform the project's long-term direction.

Tech stack: SwiftUI, The Composable Architecture (TCA), Swift Concurrency.

• Be a part of a cross-functional team where your input shapes not only the technology, but also the product’s vision, design, and user experience — influencing what we build, not just how we build it.

• Influence the direction of engineering in the product by defining standards, architecture, stack, workflow, etc.

What will you do:

• Take ownership across the entire lifecycle, leading processes and making decisions in conditions of uncertainty
• Design workflows, write documentation, and fine-tune internal processes
• Collaborate closely with teammates to shape product direction.

What do you need to join us:

• 6+ years of experience
• Confident in using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine
• Work with TCA architecture
• Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, etc, will be a plus
• Experience in rewriting/refactoring existing code will be a plus
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
