Goodly is a fast-moving R&D project on a mission to help people live, work, and learn with more joy and clarity. We’re building a fresh experience that combines thoughtfully designed physical products and playful digital tools.

Tech stack: SwiftUI, The Composable Architecture (TCA), Swift Concurrency, Firestore.

What will you do:

• Take full ownership across the entire development lifecycle — lead initiatives, make key decisions, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Design effective workflows, create clear documentation, and continuously refine internal processes for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team to influence and shape the strategic direction of the product.

What do you need to join us:

• 4+ years of experience
• Confident in using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine
• Work with TCA architecture
• Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, etc, will be a plus
• Experience in rewriting/refactoring existing code will be a plus
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
