Our cross-functional team is engaged in the development of a new initiative within the Headway Inc ecosystem. We aim to establish an initial foundation with potential for future expansion. We are involved throughout all key stages — from early strategic planning to implementation — contributing to the formation of processes, internal practices, and technical approaches that may inform the project's long-term direction.

What you’ll need to do:

• Work on improving product stability metrics: release automation, monitoring systems, and bottleneck elimination.
• Collaborate with the Learning, Gamification, and Growth teams to solve key tasks: administration work, feature migration, payment integration, and more.
• Improve core features and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Participate in shaping technical practices and a shared system architecture.
• Develop progressive approaches to integrating solutions into product teams.
• Continuously learn, grow, and apply cutting-edge technologies.

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
