That’s why, together with Hanna Panasiuk, Head of Brand at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand initiatives, campaigns, and strategic partnerships that strengthen recognition and build meaningful emotional affinity with our audiences. In this role, you’ll shape how millions of users across Tier-1 markets perceive Headway — and directly contribute to the global growth of our flagship product.
The product and team you will be working with:
Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
You’ll join our Brand Team — a high-ownership, high-trust environment that turns bold ideas into globally visible communication. We work closely with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to ensure one aligned brand story across all touchpoints.

What you will do:
- Develop and scale brand strategies that support product and business goals
- Launch brand campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, shaping perception, and generating demand
- Build effective media mixes to amplify brand reach and affinity
- Use social media marketing as a key lever to grow awareness and demand
- Coordinate creative development with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Measure, analyze, and report on brand performance
- Collaborate closely with SMM, Marketing Strategy, Creative, User Acquisition & Product teams
- Lead and execute high-impact brand projects and initiatives that set new standards in the category
What you need to join us:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication & brand advocacy abilities
- Experience handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of brand strategy & brand marketing principles
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing mechanics
- Ability to generate ideas and evaluate creative concepts
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT)

Working schedule
