We’re looking for a UGC Specialist to grow our creator network and craft powerful, scroll-stopping ads seen by millions worldwide

Together with our Collaborative Marketing Team Lead, Nataliia, we’re looking for a UGC Specialist to scale our creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives.
The Collaborative Marketing team focuses on three key areas: influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and UGC advertising.
The UGC direction is the largest, it covers all Headway Inc products and helps the Creative Marketing team spread the word about how our products make people’s lives better. We're all about creating scroll-stopping UGC content that fuels our paid media campaigns.
You're a great match if you want to:
Launch effective collaboration strategies with UGC creators to boost brand love and help our ads perform even better
Communicate the product’s values and mission through relevant, creative, and engaging content
Set trends and experiment with new collaboration formats
Create long-term partnerships that help scale Headway’s business
What you'll be doing:
Sourcing and communicating with UGC creators across different markets (US, LATAM, Europe)
Negotiating rates and managing contracts with creators
Writing creative briefs and scripts crafted for each creator
Generating ideas for content tests and new hypotheses
Analyzing performance and optimizing results based on data
What you need to join us:
1+ year of experience in a similar role (influencer marketing, UGC management, copywriting, SMM, or advertising)
Basic understanding of marketing metrics
Creativity and/or copywriting experience
Ability to write clear briefs for influencers or creators
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads
Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not guesses.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Your superpowers: creativity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
